Bull Water Storage Systems - Frequently Asked Questions
What are the dimensions of a 250 Gallon Tank?

The 250 Gallon tanks are 89” tall and 30” in diameter.

What are the Bull water storage tanks made of and are they safe for storing drinking water?

Our tanks are made of high-density polyethylene resin. The resin is UV stabilized but we always recommend installing the tanks indoors or in a sheltered location which will prolong the life of the tank.

The tanks are BPA free and meet FDA specifications and are designed specifically for storing drinking water.

What are the space requirements for the Bull Integrated Water System?

The space footprint varies depending on the number of and size of tanks installed. Below are the space requirements for single, Two tank, and Three tank systems with 250 Gallon Tanks. (Dimensions: (Width x Depth x Height)

  • Bull Water System – 250 Gallon (Single Tank) – (33″ x 30″ x 89″)
  • Bull Water System – 500 Gallon (Two Tanks) – (66″ x 30″ 89″)
  • Bull Water System – 750 Gallon (Three Tanks) – (99″ x 30 x 89″)

Other tank configuration are possible, we would be happy to stop by your home to look at the space and answer any questions you may have.

How do I know how many tanks I will need for my family?

The number of tanks required varies by number of people in the household and average water usage. Generally, we recommend a Single tank for a couple without kids and a Two tank system for famliles with Children if space will allow.

For reference: On average, a single tank system (Approx 250 Gallons) will last about 2 days for a family of 6 under normal water usage. (i.e. daily showers for 6, running washing machine, dish washer, flusing toilets, etc.)

On average, a two tank system (Approx. 500 Gallons) will last a family of 6 about 4 days under normal water usage (i.e. daily showers for 6, running washing machine, dish washer, flushing toilets, etc.)

How often would I need to rotate or recycle the water to keep it fresh?

We recommend rotating the water every 3-4 months.

This can be accomplished by simply turning the Bull System on and using the water as you go about your daily activities. When the water runs out, simply open a couple of valves and the system will refill your tanks. Once the tanks are refilled (usually takes less than an hour), you now have fresh, clean water available for when you need it most.

This really is easiest water rotation on the market!

Does the Bull Water System have a warranty?

Yes, the Bull Water System comes with a Warranty.

This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions associated with the Bull System under normal usage and conditions during the warranty period up to 3 years from the date of purchase.
